| To promote its effectiveness, LBCBN requires committees to determine specific goals/objectives and budgets, monitor progress, and report to the Board on their accomplishments. The authority for these provisions rests with the Board and all committee members are volunteers. |

| Purpose: Charged with membership retention and recruitment. Identifies member benefits and as such develops and plans accordingly to offer members activities and programs to enhance their membership in LBCBN |
